Christmas Jingle SS Kit Holiday Workshop
Hey there everybody! Long time no blog. I have spent the summer making some great cards, but I just didn't make the time to put them on the blog. I hope to get back in the swing during the fall. On Sunday, September 27th, I am hosting a fun Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin' Kit class at Salem UM Church in Manheim, Pa. We will be making two of each of the fun Christmas cards above, plus, you can use your scraps to make some gift tags, mini cards, etc. The cost of the class is $22. Please let me know soon if you'd like to join us for stamping, food, door prizes, and lots of holiday samples to view. Bring your camera! Email or call to register. Enjoy!

Good Friends...
I am blessed with so many "angels" in my life and this SU! set fits in my collection perfectly! Here is a cute thank you card using the If the Halo Fits set. I used Pretty in Pink, Bashful Blue, and Lovely Lilac paper, markers, and water color crayons. I used Basic Black for the image and sentiments. Whisper White Craft ink was used with Itty Bitty Backgrounds to create the dotted background. I used a bit of Dazzling Diamonds glitter on her wings. Make this card and send it to one of your favorite angels.

Hello Again!
Hi! I just can't seem to find blogging time lately! A woman's work is never done. Here is a cute and quick card made using the Big Shot machine and my favorite die, Top Note. I used Whisper White for the card and for the die cut. I used Rose Red, one of my favorite shades, to do the panel and inks. The Mother's Day sentiment is from the All Holidays set. I used the Bella Toile Background stamp on both the card and the Rose Red panel. I accented the RR grosgrain ribbon with some cute flower punch-outs and adhered them with a brad. I also sponged the edges with RR ink. Thanks for checking in!

Yummy Green Tea!
All right ladies, I drink my green tea every morning and I was soooo sad to see this dsp go! Here is a card created using "Green tea" dsp, Baja Breeze, Old Olive, and Whisper white. The stamp set I used is called "Eastern Blooms." The sentiment is from a retired set called "Three For You." I added some grosgrain ribbon in Certainly Celery, a fun gold brad, and an Old Olive felt flower from Flower Fusion. Off to do some coloring with my favorite 4-year old!

Antique Thank You Card...
I'm back y'all! I will be trying to post a few days each week from now on. Thanks for coming back to check out my creations! Here is an elegant thank you made with SU's beautiful "Raspberry Tart" dsp. The colors are Rose Red and Cameo Coral (a pretty color I don't use that often). I used a thank you sentiment from the "Heard From the Heart" set. My accents were: Rose Red buttons and Rose Red grosgrain. The punches that I used were the scallop punch and the ticket corner punch. I can't live without that one:) I aged this card by sponging Rose red ink on the edges to make them look worn and soft. I hope you're glad I'm back!

Patience!
Hi Everyone! Thanks for checking on my blog and for wanting me to start up again. I have had a really busy fall and a really busy winter and I decided to put my blog on hold. I am ready to start up again, so within the next few days, I'll have some new projects up and running. Thanks for your patience. Blogging takes more time than one might think!
