V-Day Goodies!

Hi all! I have a set of V-day or friendship goodies that will brighten someone's day. The card is a
simple and quick one we made at my "Card Club" and the ladies really liked it. I used Tempting Turquoise, Pixie Pink, and WW card stock, black Staz-on ink, and the extremely cute "Happy Heart Day" set. Some other accessories include: TT ribbon, Three for You flower punch, silver brad, slit punch, and Versamark, The image was colored in with Watercolor Wonder crayons, using an aqua painter.

I also included a treat bag and a cool picture frame gift. The treat bag is just a cello bag w/ M & M's and a tag w/ some sliver cord. I lOVE glitter, so I glued some Dazzling Diamonds on as well. The picture frame is actually a place card holder from the frame section at AC MOORE. I used the "Sweet Shapes" set and Basic black, Purely Pomegranate, and Regal Rose inks. I punched out a flower and used an eyelet and some black gingham ribbon for some dimension. You can also use the Crop-A-Dile to punch holes in the frame to tie ribbon on. I have a few more ideas for these little frames, so be on the look out.

Yeah! My first post!!!

Wow! I am so excited to finally get my blog up and running. My husband is also helping me create a website as well, so more info on that later. First things first; my first post! This is a fun card to make using the "Time Well Spent" Level 3 Hostess set that SU! gave to all demos for free! How awesome is that. I love this set and can't wait to do more with it. I used Bashful Blue, So Saffron, Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, and Mellow Moss cardstock and markers. I also used Versamark, Basic Black, and Bashful Blue ink. Another stamp set that I used to make this card is "Itty Bitty Backgrounds." I keep this set right on my desk because it goes well with just about any card. Some accessories include: a gold brad, dimensionals, and Moss ribbon. Thanks for checkin' me out and keep coming back for more goodies!
